Before this year is out (and what a success it has been to date) myself and our team have completed the task of developing the initial conceptual renders that highlight our idea - a rebirth of the American Twin Towers with a new purpose.

Our team over the past couple weeks have embarked on a challenging program to refine our vision's groundwork and mature its scope before our next phase - the exposure to news media and stakeholder outreach - can begin. Every major civil engineering project (behind the scenes) will encounter challenges and hardships, review and obstacles in its conceptual, planning, funding, approval and executional stages, and the World Tech Center is no exception. My team and I have been given professional advice and have begun the process of reviewing our strategy, and developing our journalist outreach plan, press kit, and refining our 'backup' or alternate sites.

While we do aim for Chicago to be the primary hub for our vision, we do not limit ourselves to that great city. We are exploring and weighing the possibilies of building our idea in Texas (such as the outskirts of Houston, Dallas or in Bastrop), St. Louis, or perhaps in Brooklyn, NY, or a Chicago suburb. A possible conceptual expansion of the World Tech Center idea may evolve into "World Tech City" - a new purpose-built STEM city with our Twin Towers as the centerpiece, and surrounded by a gradual transition of buildings with varying heigh down to lower level.

We have also begun evaulating the market proposition and are exploring potential financial backers and tenants who may be interested in our project, including international partners and developers. Furthermore, depending on the dynamics, we do keep the door open about the possibility of relocating the project in South America, Australia, or Asia. Whichever the scenario on how our vision evolves, our aim is the same - a hub to bring STEM together.

Our project's comprehensive documentary (which will cover our history and backstory, our vision and its economic proposition, benefits, research, stragety, among other aspects) is in the works and would be released on our new YouTube channel in early 2026. We are also investing in more high-end computing equipment to replace our current ones that have reached their current performance limits.

On behalf of my team and the wider community, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
