The World Tech Center vision is led by Raphael Chryslar and is currently supported by an online team of volunteers and one architecture professor at the University of Hertfordshire. While Chryslar is an aerospace engineer working towards his charted status, the vision depends on teaming up with qualified and licensed professionals (who emphasise his dream) to correctly and successfully execute this project: right from the design process, building codes and regulation compliance, to pitching, funding and planning permission, and then construction. Additionally, gaining considerable media attention is indispensable.
