The World Tech Center vision is led by Raphael Chryslar and is currently a non-profit group of dedicated collaborators in industry and academia. While Chryslar is an aerospace engineer working towards his charted status and uses industry-grade software (such as CATIA V5, SketchUp Pro, AutoCAD, TwinMotion, D5, and AutoDesk Revit) the vision depends on commissioning a fully-fledged team effort of qualified and full-time licensed professionals (that emphasise his dream) to legally and successfully execute this project: right from the design process, building codes and regulation compliance, to pitching, funding and planning permission, and then construction.
